Holiday Shopping Finds Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Holiday Shopping Finds (HSF) is an eCommerce brand offering apparel, jewelry, accessories for humans and pets, and home decor. Our products aim to empower, promote inclusivity, and celebrate life, adding a touch of joy to every holiday celebration. We're excited to introduce the HSF Brand Ambassadors Program to amplify our reach and festive spirit.

2. Definition of a Brand Ambassador

A Brand Ambassador represents a brand, embodying its values and ethos, to boost brand awareness and product sales.

By voluntarily joining the HSF Brand Ambassadors Program, you commit to promoting HSF through your social media channels and personal platforms. Ambassadors create content to promote our brand products, hereinafter “Content”, (information, images, pictures, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials). In return, Brand Ambassadors receive benefits for their promotion and content creation related to HSF products.

3. Benefits and Commitments

In exchange for the promotion of our brand products and your content creation, Ambassadors receive:

a. A 10% commission on sales generated through your unique referral code or personalized affiliate link on holidayshoppingfinds.com. This link shouldn't be shared on public coupon sites.

b. A one-time 40% off coupon for purchases at holidayshoppingfinds.com. We encourage ambassadors to use this discount to buy products for content creation.

c. Occasional free items from HSF for promotional purposes.

HSF's Commitments:

d. Track referral commissions via cookies and discount codes. Once a follower uses a discount code or is tracked using a cookie and subsequently makes a purchase, the referral commission will be attributed to the Brand Ambassadors profile.

e. Payments around the 15th of each month for the prior month's sales. No commissions paid on returned or canceled orders.

4. Ambassador's Agreement

By applying, you agree to these terms and conditions:

a. Confirm you're an individual, 18 years or older. If you are a legal entity, you certify that you are an officer of the company or you are otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the company.

b. Acknowledge you're not an HSF employee or representative and can't make obligations on HSF's behalf.

c. Commit to promoting HSF products genuinely on social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok. Ambassadors are expected to make a minimum of one post per week and should tag @HolidayShoppingFinds when posting content.

d. Ensure content is in English, appropriate, and non-offensive. 

e. Comply with HSF's privacy policy and terms. Furthermore, refrain from creating and sharing content that promotes explicit materials, violence, drugs, discrimination, illegal activities, or violates intellectual property rights.

f. Agree to HSF owning all the rights to use the content created for social media, email marketing, website content, and advertising purposes. Ambassadors understand that they will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for the use of images or videos on HSF’s website or social media networks.

g. Becoming an ambassador does not establish any legal or financial relationship with HSF. Breach of terms may result in removal from the program and code deactivation.

h. Confirm that you have a U.S. residential address to receive any merchandise we send you. We currently only sell to the U.S. market.

5. Duration of Agreement

This agreement begins upon HSF's acceptance of your ambassador application and will end when terminated by either party in writing.

6. General Provisions

a. Acceptance of this agreement is at HSF's discretion.

b. Either party can terminate this agreement with written notice.

c. Ambassadors aren't considered HSF employees. 

d. HSF reserves the right to modify or terminate this agreement anytime, without notice.
